We like to keep things simple. All our proposals, contracts and sales documents keep legalese to a bare minimum.
We Build It, You Own It
We only charge for our time and materials in creating great solutions for you. Once paid for all designs, artwork, code, images, tools or other items we created for you become yours, with no intellectual property rights retained by Toptastic.
Clear Proposals
Once we have made an initial free consultation with a new prospect we respond with a detailed proposal containing a clear statement of work, and timeline. Once accepted we stick by our proposal unless you formally request additional work in writing.
Account Management
During every customer project your account manager (a real breathing human account manager, not an auto-responder or chat bot) will provide regular updates and is always available to answer questions or explain and resolve any issues that arise.
Detailed Billing
We bill monthly at the end of the month and provide highly detailed invoices so that there are no surprises. We are happy to pace a project to suit a target monthly budget to client request.
Experienced Team
We never switch out experienced artists or engineers with interns or juniors once a project is under way the team will stay with you until completion.
